Moonlight Skies over the Chimneys of Poolbeg  is one of a ongoing series of works based on the Iconic Poolbeg Chimneys that stand proud over Dublin Bay..

I have always loved these chimneys and I am drawn back to painting them often, they always remind me of Guardians looking over Dublin Bay and their red and white stripes seem to glitter like jewels against the blue sky..

This painting is of them at night, the sky filled with moonlight and the twinkling lights of Dublin are reflected in the waters of Dublin Bay
