I scattered lots of wild flower seeds this year and I had a riot of poppies dancing around the edges of my garden…

This is a painting of my memories of the vibrant colour, a perfect antidote to winter!

The vibrant reds of these flowers are so cheerful and bright that I had to paint them

I used lots of thick lush paint swept on by palette knife and thoroughly enjoyed myself!

This painting is oil on wood and will come framed as shown and measures 43 x 43 x 3cn cm framed as shown
