Sunset Lands  is a painting from a small series of works inspired by The setting sun on the summer solstice night, the whole sky was a blaze with fiery reds and oranges as the sun set .
I am so lucky to live with these views and find myself increasing drawn to painting the wonderful skies that surround me, I love the sense of space and the constantly changing drama of the clouds and their colours throughout the day..
