I scattered lots of wild flower seeds last summer and I had a riot of poppies dancing around the edges of my garden…

The vibrant reds of these flowers are so cheerful and bright that I had to paint them

This painting is my memory of last summer, painted on a grey cold rainy day to clear me up!

This painting is mixed media(watercolour, pencil and pastels)  on heavy textured watercolour paper and comes mounted as shown and sealed in a cellaphane bag with backing info sheet
