Summer Squall is inspired by a day of dramatic rain showers and thundery clouds on a recent hot summers day, it was compulsive viewing watching the ever changing clouds pass by and seeing the rain squalls out to sea as the passed by… and then a red fishing boat appeared and trudged its way back to harbour, the red of the boast was such a dash of colour against the purples of the sky and the greens of the sea

I spent the afternoon dodging the odd shower while sketching, taking photos of the sky and the drinking odd cup of Tea! it was a truly relaxing and captivating afternoon…
